Dual certified Athletic Therapist (CATA) and Strength & Conditioning Specialist (NSCA) with over 12 years of experience in working with Junior Hockey teams from the WHL, BCHL, & VIJHL.
JT is a expert in Athletic Performance and delivers a comprehensive approach to athlete development from Injury Prevention & Recovery to Performance-Driven Training. He has a passion in developing elite level athletes, through current and evidence-based sport science practices and authentically building trust and buy-in from his athletes.

Real-World Hockey Experience
Coach JT is the Head Strength, Conditioning, & Rehabilitation Coach with the Victoria Royals of the Western Hockey League. He has worked with the Hockey Canada's Program of Excellence, capturing a Gold Medal with Team Canada White at the 2023 U17 World Challenge in PEI.

Colin Wright CAT(C)
Colin Wright is a Certified Athletic Therapist (CATA) with over five years of dedicated experience across the elite landscape of Western Canadian hockey, including the WHL, BCHL, and VIJHL. His background is rooted in high-performance environments, having refined his clinical expertise at UVIC’s Athletic Clinic and The Athlete Center.

Colin is an expert in orthopedic assessment and return-to-play programming. He specializes in a "hands-on" approach to athlete care, utilizing advanced manual therapy techniques and precise physical assessments to optimize recovery and keep players on the ice. His methodology integrates clinical excellence with the fast-paced demands of junior hockey, ensuring every athlete receives individualized, elite-level rehabilitation.

Currently serving as the Head Athletic Therapist for the Victoria Royals of the Western Hockey League, Colin is a cornerstone of the team's medical and performance staff. His tenure in the WHL is complemented by his work in private sports clinics and university athletics, providing him with a unique perspective on the full spectrum of athlete health—from acute injury management to long-term physical durability.
