Weather you're an elite athlete, weekend warrior, or self-proclaimed "non-athlete" - our expert coaches specialize in High Performance Strength, Conditioning and Rehabilitation and will modify the training to your individual capabilities. At W.A.R.D Athletics we believe in building relationships over results and know the value of health and exercise is not in the intensity, but in the consistency! F.A.A.T sessions are about reclaiming your physical literacy in a fun, engaging, and effective Group/Team environment to empower, encourage, and elevate each other!
