Led by Coach JT, a Certified Athletic Therapist (CAT(C)) and Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with over a decade of experience in high-performance sports (including the Victoria Royals), F.A.A.T brings professional-grade training to the local community.

We don’t just "give you a workout." We apply a clinical and performance-based lens to ensure you are training smart and moving better. Our focus is on:​

  • Group Sessions: Join our all-abilities Adult F.A.A.T group occurring on Saturday mornings. These sessions are inclusive, positive, and high-energy—designed to build strength and mobility in a community-driven environment.

  • Family F.A.A.T: Get the whole crew involved! Our Family F.A.A.T sessions focus on functional movement that’s as fun as it is effective.

  • Elite Coaching: Inquire about our 1-on-1 or Semi-Private/Small Group Coaching for a more tailored, high-performance program.
